Bringing flavour to plant-based food, Kali develops recipes for cookbooks, restaurants and brands. 

Kali’s unique style focuses on quality seasonal produce and whole grains while incorporating flavours from her travels and experiences to create vibrant and exciting dishes.

Previous work includes development for Salma Hage’s The Lebanese Kitchen, Meera Sodha’s Guardian column; the new vegan. Growing Communities, weekly plant-based recipes using seasonal vegetables.

Kali shares weekly recipes on her website, focusing on fresh ingredients, and seasonal produce,  simple to make but always flavourful.
