I'm Kali, an imaginative and passionate worldwide chef with a strong background in health supportive cooking and a love of travel. My style of food reflects this, creating modern international flavours while keeping food fresh, vibrant and nutritionally balanced. 

I trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, a school that specialises in whole food, healthy supportive, vegetarian cooking.

I also run the Flaming Flamingo supperclub, a London and New York plant based pop up with food inspired by my travels. Starting as an evening event, I now also team up with yoga and pilates teachers to combine my style of food with the physical and mental wellness this type of exercise provides. 

Come as a guest to a public event or book your own private tailored event. 

Ingredients are sourced as organically and locally as possible.  Building relationships and writing recipes with local growers such as Growing Communities has encouraged my enthusiasm and belief in the need to be more in touch with where our food comes from and the impact the food system has on our environment and local community.

I've worked on recipe development for Published in the beautiful cookbook  ‘The Lebanese Kitchen’, Phaidon, my work on retreats has appeared in The Guardian newspaper.
