I'm Kali, an imaginative and passionate international chef with a strong background in health supportive cooking. This is reflected in my style of food, creating modern international flavours while keeping food fresh, vibrant and nutritionally balanced. 

Trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York I cater for special occasions, retreats and health supportive cooking.

The Flaming Flamingo supperclub, is a London and New York pop up with food inspired by my travels. Come along to a public event or book a private night just you and your friends. With knowledge of different styles and cuisines I specialise in plant led food, organically and thoughtfully sourced and put together. 


Published in the beautiful cookbook  ‘The Lebanese Kitchen’, Phaidon, my work has also appeared in The Guardian newspaper. 
 

My style and career has developed with the projects I’ve taken on which is documented in my CV but also on my blog. This I regularly update with my own recipes and photography.
